This project was sparked by the generational gap between Baby Boomers and Gen Z. With this being the first time this large of a gap has been situating in the same working environment, we need to work on opening up a conversation between this generations through conversation. My approach to this was to create a broadcast that would open a conversation between these demographics in a fun and playful manner.
During this project I utilized primary and secondary research to understand my area in-depth. I loved the iterative of ideas of to ignite authentic and bold ideas for my proceeding outcomes.
My outcomes targeted my two consumers at their route from events to guerilla marketing. My passion comes alive during these creations. This included the creation of my podcast with a 360-marketing campaign and event to run alongside this to promote the broadcast and invite individuals to take part.
