Castle Rock X Wigflex


ABOUT


This collaboration between Castle Rock Brewery, a local brewery in Nottingham and Wigflex, an event organisation specializing in extravagant evenings for ravers, was so fun to work on. It really got my creativity flowing in a group environment.

The brief was to come up with a beer that would unite the two brands in a natural way for the Gen Z consumer. Our response was M.I.S. Understood, for the raver that has been labelled a monster by society. It’s time to rebrand what these monstrous characters have been
denoted to throughout history.




SKILLS




Collaboration, communication, and creativity were at the heart of this brief. Idea generation to illustration, we threw everything into this brief and finalized it by presenting to the creators of Wigflex.







COMPETITION




During this competition we came 2nd against several other proposals due to our level of creativity, innovation and presenting style. We reinvigorated the two brands in an authentic and bold manner. Creating monsters to represent the evil representation ravers get, conveying that they aren’t these troublesome teens, yet they just enjoy music. In result we gained a good response from the clients and presented our ideas in a clear and cohesive way.
